Alex Plick grew up in Cranford, New Jersey, and fished on the Jersey coast growing up. He started fishing out of LBI and the Jersey Canyons during his college years when he went to St Joes in Philly.

He moved to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, to run charter boats there.

 Then he moved to North Palm Beach, Florida, about five years ago, where he met the Lights Out Boston AC.

 He was part of the crew that won the Oak Bluffs Bluewater Classic two years ago with Tyler Dufresne and Kyle Paparelli on No Mercy and have stayed close with everyone since then.

He fished Mag Bay and Isla Mujeres on Lights Out over the past few years.

His best memory was at Mag Bay catching 107 striped marlin over a four-day period on the Lights Out.

When I am not fishing, I run Wicked Wells, which are on-deck livewells and pump boxes that helped us secure the win in Key West to start the 2026 season.
