Lights Out Kids introduces young people to the fun and excitement of saltwater fishing.
Lights Out Kids works with local YMCA and Boys’ and Girls’ Clubs to sponsor events where kids can get out on the water and reel in the catch of a lifetime. The idea is to introduce them to new experiences that will give them new skills and add a wellspring of self-confidence that can translate to success throughout their lives as they disover a lifelong love of fishing and the sea.

Lights Out Kids Simulator Classic
Come test your angling skills as you represent Team RI Breakers or Team Lights Out Boston in the ultimate simulator showdown during the Cape Cod Blue Water Classic.
Join us at The Flying Bridge Restaurant for an afternoon of family fun at the inaugural Lights Out Kids Simulator Classic, a youth fishing simulator tournament held during the Cape Cod Blue Water Classic in Falmouth, Massachusetts.
Young anglers will compete on state-of-the-art fishing simulators for top scores, prizes, and team bragging rights. Participants will represent either Team Breakers or Team Lights Out while competing within their age division. One champion will be crowned in each division, along with an overall team champion.
In addition to the simulator competition, families can enjoy the excitement of tournament week, explore sponsor activations, meet professional anglers, and experience the energy of the Cape Cod Blue Water Classic weigh-ins.
Whether you're an experienced young fisherman or just looking to try your hand at battling a marlin or tuna, the Lights Out Kids Simulator Classic is designed to introduce the next generation to the sport in a fun, interactive, and family-friendly environment.
